Vini Ridge at Hidden Tree
Imagine walking to your car from the office and after about 10 minutes in traffic being seated on your deck looking into the woods, not a neighbor to be seen, enjoying a glass of your favorite wine and unwinding after a long day. Well, this executive couple imagined it and made it happen. The basic floor plan for this custom built home was one I designed a few years ago that my clients lived in and enjoyed. We took features of that existing house and incorporated them into their new plan with some additional upgrades. One of them being a wine cellar. We developed the area under the garage for the cellar and tasting area. This made an ideal space for climate control, which is essential for wine storage. Family and entertaining was an important part of the design as well. The large kitchen island and the outdoor living spaces make for great evenings enjoying family and friends at Vini Ridge at Hidden Tree.
