Good things can come in small packages. Trends are confirming clients are wanting smaller square footage with lots of detail in a custom built home. Less than 2500 square feet doesn't mean the details were forgotten in this custom home. The kitchen/family room was the focus on this clients vision. The unique hickory and granite island top with waterfall edge meets up with the iron pipe footrest. The stacked stone fireplace anchors the family room as well as the entry. The large format slate draws your eye from the custom entry door up and over both side of the stacked stone. The master bath utilized the stacked stone look with a strip slate mosaic for the back splash with floating mirrors topped with windows so the eastern morning light can light up the tiled shower.

An open kitchen layout affords natural light and nice views.
This master bathroom utilizes stack stone on the wall with a rustic flair paired with the floors complete with all modern amenities.
One of our primary goals for building was that we wanted something that would be different & uniquely ours. When it became clear that there were no pre-designed plans that would meet our needs, he guided us through the design process from the ground up.
