We build, on average, four custom homes a year, allowing us to give your project the level of attention it deserves. Brett is on site daily to ensure everything is built to the highest standards and to identify potential issues before they become problems for your project’s schedule and budget.

    Our process begins with a Discovery Call. We want to get to know you and your project. We will define an initial budget and discuss rough timelines, laying the groundwork for a smooth and successful custom home building journey.

  • Many construction projects miss the mark—over budget and behind schedule. We want to bridge the gap that sometimes happens early on in construction projects. We contract directly with our design partners providing you a single point of contact for your custom home journey.

    We provide valuable insight into structural design, constructibility, utility planing, and energy performance—ensuring your project is well planned and positioned for success.

    Our goal is to reduce unexpected shifts to the budget and schedule by compiling as much information as we can prior to construction. With a thorough review of your construction documents and detailed preparation, we create a clear plan for construction that sets your project up for success.

    Hourly Fee

  • When it's time to build, our construction managers take the lead—sourcing quality materials and coordinating trusted subcontractors to deliver a seamless construction process. We use durable, high-performance construction materials and prioritize superior craftsmanship to build a home that truly stands the test of time.

    Cost Plus 10%

Your home should reflect your lifestyle and values while serving as a place of rest and healing. Our attention to those details is what sets us apart.

  • We use modern building materials and construction methods to build a home with longevity in mind.

  • Recent EPA studies show that indoor air can contain up to 5x more pollutants than outside air. There are many factors that can negatively affect your air quality. When improper construction materials or methods are used, the opportunity for poor air quality dramatically increases.

  • We utilize many different methods to minimize our impact on our neighbors and planet. What we are building will be around for a long time and we want to be part of building a greener future.

  • Even though building codes have made recent improvements to address the importance of energy efficiency, many new and existing homes are in need of some upgrades. A simple upgrade to your window package or choosing spray foam insulation can have a major impact on the utility requirements of your home.

  • Discovery

    Where are you in your projects journey? The first step in any of our projects is a Discovery Call. After we have discussed where your project stands and the services BBB can provide, we want to get to know you, your lifestyle, your must haves for your new home, and your budget and schedule parameters.

    If you are looking for a location to build your dream home we would love to help you find the right spot. Our in house realtor can assist you with your buying and selling needs.

  • Concept Design

    10% of design fee

    If you don’t quite know what you want your new custom home to look like, you are in the Conceptual Design Phase. Here, we are trying to bring together abstract initial ideas, inspirations, and wants so that we can start to bring form to your project. We will explore styles, initial floor plans and elevations, and functional requirements, all while ensuring alignment with your budget and schedule goals. We want to avoid the shortcomings some projects face early in their life cycle by organizing informed inspiration before we engage our design partners so that we can design right the first time.

  • Schematic Design

    30% of design fee

    After we have developed a clear intent for your project we will coordinate with the necessary architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape designers, etc. to develop your project’s initial design documents. We contract with our design partners directly, saving you money and serving as your single point of contact so you only have to worry about signing one contract for your new custom home. No more back and forth between the design teams and general contractor when budgets and schedules get out of hand. Our goal for this phase is to finalize your homes footprint and define how we are going to utilize your building site so that we may complete our permit submission.

  • Design Development

    60% of design fee

    While we are waiting on your project to clear permitting we are busy developing and finalizing your home’s aesthetics, inside and out. We will start the interior design process by exploring materials, fixtures, equipment, colors, features, and designing cabinet layouts for your dream home. Along with aesthetics we will coordinate the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans for your project along with any necessary engineering.

  • Pre-Construction

    Hourly fee

    In the Pre-Construction Phase our goal is to compile as much information as possible before starting construction. Our intent is to reduce opportunities for change to your projects budget and schedule. We want to get any last minute selections and pricing completed so we can create an accurate construction cost proposal and schedule.

  • Construction

    10% of project cost

    After developing a clear plan for construction our construction managers take over and aquire all the necessary building materials and sub contractors to bring your dream home to life. We pride ourselves on clear and timely communication keeping you informed throughout your entire build.

  • Warranty

    We offer a 2 year no questions asked total warranty on all of our work. We want to ensure you are happy with your new home for many years to come.
